TERMS OF SERVICE

YBA Values is a community-run, fan-made trading values reference for the Roblox game Your Bizarre Adventure (also known as AUT). The Service provides trade value listings, a personal inventory tracker, market listing posting, and community-driven reviews and leaderboards.

YBA Values is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Your Bizarre Adventure or AUT. All game names, trademarks, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may log in via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your account or use anyone else's account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent market listings
• Write reviews containing hate speech, slurs, personal attacks, or explicit content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Scrape, automate, or programmatically access the Service in a way that disrupts normal use
• Use the Service to spam, distribute malware, or violate any law
• Impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, market listings, inventory entries). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

You are responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, particularly content that violates these Terms.

Trade values listed on the Service are community estimates determined by volunteer trade helpers and are provided for reference only. They are not guarantees of any trade outcome. Actual trade outcomes depend on individual negotiation between traders.

We are not responsible for any losses, scams, disputes, or negative outcomes from trades conducted in-game or elsewhere. Always exercise caution when trading.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. We may also remove content, revoke roles, or restrict features without notice.

The Service may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or any harm caused by third-party ads. See our Privacy Policy for information about advertising cookies and tracking.

The Service's design, code, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its original content without our permission.

Game-related names, characters, and references are property of their respective rights holders and are used here under fair use as part of a community fan project.

The Service uses third-party services including Discord (authentication), Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), and Google (analytics, ads). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes any losses from trades, lost data, or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
